This was a nice filter, but expensive for something that will only last less than a month.

The filter definitely works. My son’s room was redone and is quite clean (new carpets, new paint, etc.). Yet, run this humidifier every night for a couple weeks, and the filter gets pretty dirty. Forget to replace it for another week or so, and it gets nasty. Forget any longer, and it smells like ___!

You’re NOT going to get the filters in the picture!!!! Don’t buy from this seller. I TOUGHT I was going to recieve the O.E. type filters the seller has pictured - WRONG a ultra cheap fake set showed up at my house. The seller would NOT respond to my emails. Amazon came to the rescue to help me get my money back. Amazon is the BEST especially when compared to Ebay if you have problems with dis-honest sellers.

Customer Review: nice for the 3 weeks it worked!
I don’t agree with what alot of the reviews are saying about it being loud. I thought it was very quiet, even on high. I’ve been using this every night for the past 3 weeks. All of a sudden, it will not turn on. Nothing. No lights, no noise, no power, nothing. I’ve tried everything. It was great when it worked!! I loved it, but I guess I’ll be replacing it with something other than Honeywell. Bummer

It’s too early to say since I have been using it only for a month.But till now I have had no issues whatsoever.The water does need to be refilled every 12 hrs when running on full speed as opposed to 24 hrs advertised.The unit is quiet in comparison , can be compared to a fan.The humidity level in the room increases quickly too , you can see it in the digital display. This has been very effective in reducing the static shocks that we used to suffer.
