We purchased this for our sons nursery - it did work fine in a small room. It completely broke after about 4 months of use (using filtered water). The manufacturer has a phone number for customer service but never returned any calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a wonderful product. We run it every night and love it. One tank lasts about three nights. Easy to fill tank. Easy to figure out how to work–definitely user friendly. I’m a huge believer that this product helps to keep us from getting sick. The only problem I had was in the beginning I placed it on a folded towel and the humidifier would cut off after about an hour or so. I tried placing only one thickness of towel and it worked perfectly. I figure it was not level on the folded towel, therefore, automatically cutting off. The instructions didn’t say anything about this. Product cleans itself which is an extra plus.
