This was a nice filter, but expensive for something that will only last less than a month.

The filter definitely works. My son’s room was redone and is quite clean (new carpets, new paint, etc.). Yet, run this humidifier every night for a couple weeks, and the filter gets pretty dirty. Forget to replace it for another week or so, and it gets nasty. Forget any longer, and it smells like ___!

Customer Review: nice for the 3 weeks it worked!
I don’t agree with what alot of the reviews are saying about it being loud. I thought it was very quiet, even on high. I’ve been using this every night for the past 3 weeks. All of a sudden, it will not turn on. Nothing. No lights, no noise, no power, nothing. I’ve tried everything. It was great when it worked!! I loved it, but I guess I’ll be replacing it with something other than Honeywell. Bummer

It’s too early to say since I have been using it only for a month.But till now I have had no issues whatsoever.The water does need to be refilled every 12 hrs when running on full speed as opposed to 24 hrs advertised.The unit is quiet in comparison , can be compared to a fan.The humidity level in the room increases quickly too , you can see it in the digital display. This has been very effective in reducing the static shocks that we used to suffer.

This replacement filter worked very well initially. But after a while it stopped working very well at all. Specifically, when the indicator on my humidifier indicates I should remove and clean the filter, I remove it and clean it, but almost immediately the humidifier indicates it needs cleaning again. The humidifier is still putting out water (I have to refill the tanks constantly), but evidently the filter isn’t doing much of a job. I’ll probably buy a totally different humidifier next winter — the kind that use the disposable filters seem to work much better.

Customer Review: Good unit, but hate that blue light
I just started using this humidifier and love the idea of using a water bottle filled with distilled water. I keep it on my nightstand for humidity while I sleep and it works great for this purpose. However, the blue light is so bright that it’s keeping me up at night and I’m going to return it because of this. I would like to have known about this light before I wasted my time and money purchasing it.
